Three years ago I wrote a letter to the editor to the Chestnut Hill Local expressing my thoughts that SEPTA needs to improve communication. Three years later not much has changed even though SEPTA is basically just changing some of the names of their bus routes. Also, they might not go through with the SEPTA bus Redesign Network and instead consider cutting some of its services with bus fare increase. Link to letter to the editor below:
