The Philadelphia Phillies almost swept the Washington Nationals on the road but came back to win the home opener. The Phils are off to a great start to the regular MLB season. Veteran pitcher Wheeler was the opening day pitcher and the phillies came up on top with the home opener at citizens bank Park. It would be nice if the phils can keep their winning ways again this year with Harper leading the way. I feel for this team to continue with their winning ways this season the Phils starting pitchers have to really be consistent winning their games. And this should happen if the starting pitchers go deep into the game like at least seven innings with every start. Veteran pitchers like Nola and Wheeler should be once again some of their best pitchers this season.
