The PRTC stood for Philadelphia Rapid Transportation Company which was between 1907-1908.

Philadelphia had more of a nightlife back in the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s before closing these nightclubs later on. Today, nightlife in Philadelphia has changed a lot.
