What historical event fascinates you the most?

I can be kind of fascinated about the history of Philadelphia Phillies baseball. It is interesting how much they struggle in post-season and reaching the World Series. During my lifetime the Philadelphia Phillies have only won two World Series which include 1980 and 2008. In Phillies history they have had great players like Mike Schmidt and Ryan Howard but for some reason they can have a hard time winning a World Series. In the past three or four years the Phillies have been consistently reaching the post-season and got to the World Series but lost as well as the division series. It can be difficult at times following the Phillies because they have been losing too much but sometimes I think they might get lucky one year. The Phillies know they can win a World Series and they can be a really good team during the regular season as well. They just need to find that consistency when they are in the post-season playing red October baseball.
