The latest book I have tried to read is called “Philadelphia’s Lost Waterfront” by Harry Kyriakodis. I bought this book because I wanted to try to understand Philadelphia’s rich history near the Delaware River. The author of this book tries to “chronicle the history of the city’s original port districts.” Philadelphia is known as the birth city of America and this book gives fun facts about the night life that used to be near the Delaware River as well. I recommend this book especially if you’re someone who loves history and wants to visit a historical city like Philadelphia.
