I try not to be a person that has negative feelings all of the time. It is better to look at the brighter side of things once in a while. It is more healthier to have positive thinking or feelings throughout your day to help cope with stress. If you have too many negative feelings that may mean you might have a depression about something. Lately, I have been trying to balance my feelings and try to be more positive. There are so many negative things going on in the world today so it can be important to be positive and look at the brighter side of things. It is important to show concern for your own mental health sometimes so it is better to have positive feelings during your day.
