I wish I could pray more than I do. I also wish I could exercise more. I do a lot of walking sometimes but I don’t do any stretching exercises right now. It’s good to walk because I think I can get positive energy from doing it. I sometimes want to pray more because there is so much violence in the world. I think exercising is good for your physical health and praying is good for your mental health. Praying and exercising are both equally good for you. We need to pray for peace more often and then maybe there would be less violence in the world.
