My Parents Taught Me To Be Positive

Daily writing prompt
Describe a positive thing a family member has done for you.

My mother and father taught me to have goals and be a hard-worker. One goal of mine was to finish college and I did. My parents taught me to be a hard-worker so I would be able to keep a job. I have been working part-time for almost four years now and I am still employed. Finishing colleges and finding part-time jobs were important to me and I feel very thankful that I have been able to keep a job for awhile now. I was a hard-worker in college as well as I have two degrees and I have been learning to be consistent. I am also learning that hard-work can give you confidence as you grow in life. I am hoping that my hard-work will help me lead to more higher goals in life because that is basically what it takes to succeed.
