This year I tried doing an e-mail interview with a SEPTA bus operator. Unfortunately, I could never get my questions answered by the SEPTA bus operator because he was too busy to respond to me by e-mail. Today, SEPTA is starting a new bus network and I hope that SEPTA riders will be able to ride the SEPTA buses throughout the rest of the year without too many problems while getting use to the new bus network SEPTA is starting. Today, it is phase 1 of the new SEPTA bus network.
