Watching the Philadelphia Phillies losing in the post-season the last five years has been very frustrating. It was another year of the Phillies getting off to a slow start at the beginning of the year. At the beginning of the year they also fired their manager and now it is Don Mattingly leading the team. When are the Phillies going to get off to better starts of the regular MLB season because they always seem to have a losing record in April or early May. It is interesting they can usually recover by the middle of the MLB regular season and end up winning around ninety games at the end of the season. It is great that they are making the post-season pretty regularly now especially the last five years but they need more consistency to be able to reach the World Series again. The Phillies have not reached the World Series since 2022 but they lost that Series. I think that the Philadelphia Phillies just need to find more consistency and then be more confident in trying to win games in the post-season.
